32900 To use SSL, your server must have a server certificate.
\n
\nThis product can generate its own self signed server certificate. However, some web browsers will refuse to connect securely to your server until you get a server certificate from a third party Certificate Authority (CA) such as Thawte Consulting or Verisign.A CA verifies that the identity claimed on the certificate is accurate. This helps prevent another host from emulating your host's identity. If you use a server certificate not signed by a CA i.e self signed certificate then browsers like Netscape 3.x, 4.x and Internet Explorer 4.x gives warning message about certificate signed by a unknown CA. User can continue after accepting the certificate.
\n
\nThe only way to avoid this warning, as well as to support early versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer (v3.01+), is to purchase a server certificate from a Certificate Authority (CA).
\n
\n
32901 Select OK to create a self signed server certificate and a certificate request to be submitted to a CA. When you generate a certificate through this utility, three files are created e.g. xxx.key, xxx.crt and xxx.csr, where xxx is name specified by the user. The xxx.key file is server's private key file. The xxx.crt file is a self signed server certificate and file xxx.csr is certificate request. The xxx.csr file needs to be submitted to the CA.
\n
\nAfter submitting the .csr file, the CA will return you a signed certificate. This file must be specified in the configuration utility to use it.
